Honda Cars has finally launched 2021 Amaze Facelift in India. The new Honda Amaze Facelift is available in three trim levels, E,S, VX. The facelift reveals most awaited exterior and interior cosmetic updates and some new features. The 2021 Honda Amaze Facelift will be available in five colour options such as Meteoroid Grey, Platinum White Pearl, Radiant Red, Lunar Silver, and Golden Brown.
2021 Honda Amaze Facelift gets a new face with reworked grille. The older grille with thick chrome has been replaced by a slicker one. The new chrome slat connects two sleek slats below. Besides, the new face Amaze has added new LED projector headlights with LED daytime running lamps, and new LED foglambs. The rear side of the Amaze has more chrome garnish and C-shaped LED taillights. It also gets a 15-inch diamond cut dual tone alloy wheels, and new chrome door handles.
The 2021 Honda Amaze Facelift’s updated cabin has added satin silver accents to the dashboard. The steering wheel contrast with the black and beige interior. Amaze Facelift offers several features including a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ISOFIX child seat mounts, voice command automatic climate control, automatic AC, push button start, and more.
Under the hood, the 2021 Amaze Facelift remains mechanically unchanged and it comes with same petrol and diesel engine options. The facelift has a 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol engine that can produce a maximum output of 90hp and 110Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox. The 1.5 litre diesel engine on the other hand produces a maximum output of 100hp and 200Nm of peak torque. The unit is paired with a CVT automatic gearbox.
The manual version of both petrol and diesel engine are available across all three trims. However, the petrol CVT variants are available on the A and VX trims. The diesel CVT variant is available on the VX trim. The base diesel CVT S variant has been abandoned by the company.
As far as safety is concerned, Amaze Facelift equipped with dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking camera, rear parking sensors, high-speed alert and seatbelt reminders etc.
The 2021 Honda Amaze Facelift is priced from Rs.6.32 lakh and going up to Rs.11.15 lakh(ex-showroom, Delhi)
