The upcoming Mahindra Scorpio returns to the D-segment of SUVs along with a new design. The company will offer the upcoming vehicle with premium interior as well as the latest features.
Talking about the upcoming Mahindra Scorpio or the Mahindra Z101, it is designed by the Mahindra India Design Studio and the same is located in Mumbai. The vehicle is engineered at the facilities of Mahindra Research Valley.
The teaser of the upcoming vehicle partially shows the LED twin-pod projector headlamps along with LED fog lamps. It is worth mentioning that recently camouflaged version of the upcoming Mahindra Scorpio surfaced online and that revealed the large chrome grille and the new logo as well. It also showcased the side-steps along with roof rails, high-mounted stop lamps, and rear spoiler.
It is believed that the upcoming Mahindra Scorpio will be powered by Mahindra’s new turbocharged units and the same is available in both petrol and diesel models. It is featuring 2.0-litre mStallion turbo-petrol and the same will offer 150 bhp and 320 Nm of peak torque, the 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine will offer 130 bhp and 320 Nm of peak torque.
