The newly surfaced images of the upcoming XUV gives us a better look from the outside as well as the cabin of the vehicle and images showing the next-gen Mahindra XUV500 has the temporary headlamps and tail lamps on the vehicle but it confirms that the same is grown in size and the overall setup looks a bit more proportionate. The testing model of the next-generation vehicle is not showcasing colour variant of the vehicle as it is in the production stage but it is enough to get an idea about the same, the image also confirms that the upcoming vehicle has the good ground clearance and having enough height and space.
It also gives us a look at the cabin of the upcoming Mahindra XUV500 and it confirms that it will have new horizontal silicon vents and the vehicle will also have an infotainment system display below the vent which is also looking nice, the vehicle also getting a large horizontal display for the infotainment system and the new seats are also coming in a new way and that are in black fabric setup.
The next-gen Mahindra XUV500 is expected to make its way on a new platform and it will continue to come with a monocoque chassis. The vehicle will be powered by a new 2.0-litre diesel motor, and the same is expected to be more powerful than the current 2.2-litre. It is also expected to arrive with the new 2.0-litre mStallion turbocharged petrol engine with the car and both engines are expected to get manual and automatic transmission options.
As of now, we don’t have any other information about the upcoming vehicle but it is expected to be official by the mid of 2021 which means we are still many months away from the official announcement of the same.
