MG Hector Plus Appeared On Website Ahead Of Its Launch

Morris Garages which is a very popular car maker and popularly known as MG, the company already secured a strong place in the market of India with the launch of MG Hector which was also known as the internet car. The same coming with amazing specifications and features, along with super cool design. Well, now the automobile maker is all set to launch a new car on the roads of India and that will be dubbed as MG Hector Plus, the company has scheduled the launch of the vehicle in the market of India in next month but the car has now appeared on its official website ahead of the official launch.

MG Hector Plus is the upcoming SUV of the company and the same is listed the same on its official website ahead of its India launch which is scheduled for the next month and the company already confirmed that the upcoming SUV will come in two exclusive colour options which are the ‘Starry Sky Blue’ and beige paint schemes; among others. Moreover, the company will launch its new SUV with 40 mm more length and that will allow users to add one more row of sitting and the needful legroom, that is pretty awesome as you can accommodate all family members in your journey to make it unforgettable.

That’s not all, the upcoming MG Hector Plus is also coming with the design of the new headlamps along with slightly improved front as well as rear bumpers, the company will also launch the new SUV with updated stuff plates along with a new rear profile which will help the vehicle to stand apart. Having said that, the majority of its exterior trim and finished in a glossy black paint.

Just like the current version, the MG Hector Plus version will also come with the light running across the boot lid and the upcoming version will also come with an increase in length and the wheelbase is also the same as to the current version. The upcoming SUV is also expected to be offered in 2 seating configurations; 7 seaters as well as 6 seater models, and the 6 seater variant, is also expected to arrive with the captain seat in the center row.

MG Hector Plus is also expected to arrive with a dashboard along with the vertical mounted long touch screen infotainment display, the semi-digital instrument cluster with the 7 inch screen. It is also believed to offer a panoramic sunroof as well as the in-house iSmart technology and more.

The upcoming MG Hector Plus will arrive with the same powertrain of the standard model and that means, the upcoming Plus variant will have a 1.5-litre turbo petrol unit and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit churns out 115bhp and 250Nm of torque, while the 2.0-litre oil-burner and the same will offer 173bhp and 350Nm of torque. The engines will be paired with six-speed manual gearbox, with an optional seven-speed DCT and the same will be available with the petrol variants.
