All-New Tata Safari Goes Official In India

Tata Safari one of my favourite vehicles and it was the king of the roads of the country a couple of years ago, and now Tata Motors has introduced the vehicle in a brand new style and Avatar. The latest version of the Tata Safari is launched in the country and it is available in the seven-seater version and the new vehicle is the latest flagship offering by the company. The latest Tata Safari is coming with the power of the Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine that puts 168 bhp and 350 Nm of power figures. The engine of the vehicle is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and the same also features an optional Hyundai sourced six-speed automatic torque converter automatic gearbox.

Coming to the inside of the car, the overall layout of the vehicle is similar to the Harrier. But the company has introduced the latest Tata Safari with a new dual-tone black and ivory scheme while the three-spoke steering wheel and the 8.8-inch floating infotainment system remain as same as on the Tata Harrier.

The vehicle is also coming with the compatibility to the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and the same also offers the IRA connected car tech along with voice recognition. It also features a seven-inch instrument panel, premium oak brown leather seat upholstery, nine-speakers JBL sound system, electric parking brake, and you will also get a panoramic sunroof among others.

Regarding the safety features of the vehicle, the brand new Tata Safari is coming with six airbags, along with an anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), hill descent control, child seat ISOFIX, rear parking sensors, traction control, and hill hold control among others while electronic stability program (ESP) as standard.
