2022 Indian Chief Range Launched in India At Rs 20.75 Lakh
Indian Motorcycles has launched the 2022 Indian chief Range in India. The new model line-up comprises models such as the Chief Dark Horse, Chief Bobber Dark Horse, and Super Chief Limited model. The 2022 Indian chief range celebrates the 100th anniversary of the iconic chief model.
Specifications of 2022 Indian Chief Range
The Indian chief Range models is built on a steel welded tube frame and acts as a tribute to the motorcycles of the second world war era. These bikes features a 15.1-liter fuel tank, bobbed rear fender, 46 mm forks with 132mm of travel, dual outboard preload-adjustable rear shocks, dual exhaust, LED lighting, keyless ignition drag handlebars, solo bobber seat. The complete range includes ABS and a cruise control system. However, the Super Chief Limited Model is specially designed for long distance touring with a high windshield, saddle bags and cruiser styled handle bars.
The 2022 Indian Chief Range has a set of features including a 4-inch touch screen display with Bluetooth and USB connectivity, Map or navigation support, and also provides three riding modes such as Sport, Standard, and Tour.
Indian chief Range models are powered by a 1,890cc Thunder stroke 116 V-twin engine that can produce an output of 162Nm peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The bikes have a wheelbase of 1,626 mm and a seat height of 662mm.The new line-up models have a wet weight of 304 kg and 28.5 degree lean angle. They are shod with Pirelli Night Dragon Tyres and have 300mm disc brakes on front and back.
The Chief Dark Horse is offered in Black smoke, Alumina Jade Smoke, and stealth Grey. The chief Boober Dark Horse is available in Black Smoke, Titanium Smoke, and Sagebrush Smoke. The Super Chief Limited on the other hand is available in Black Metallic, Blue Slate Metallic, and Maroon Metallic.

In terms of price and availability, the 2022 Chief Dark Horse costs Rs.20.75 Lakh and 2022 Indian Chief Bobber Dark Horse costs Rs.21.29 lakh. While the Super Chief Limited costs Rs.22.84lakh.
