Tvs NTorq 125 Race Xp Launched in India At Rs 83,275

Tvs Motors company launched the Race Xp edition of NTorq 125 at Rs 83,275 on 6/7/2021.

 Specifications

 Tvs Motors has updated the NTorq 125 model with some specific features such as a new colour scheme, two riding modes, gas flow dynamics and combustion process. The new edition has also been updated with a SMARTXOONECT connectivity system and voice assist. SMARTXOONECT platform, the industry’s first voice assist, enable the customers to use the connectivity features through voice commands. This system can accommodate fifteen different voice commands which will help the riders in navigation, changing riding modes through Bluetooth connected listening devices, to view top speed and current location, brightness adjustment etc.

Moreover, it is packed with features such as a blue tooth connected speedometer, incoming or missed call alerts, SMS alerts, engine temperature indicator, phone signal and battery consumption display, last parked location assist, auto-sync clock and three trip meters. It is flaunted by a new triple tone colour scheme and a 12-inch red coloured alloy wheel with tubeless tyres.

Tvs Motors claims that NTorq 125 Race XP is the only vehicle in the 125cc segment to have the power of more than 10ps. It generates maximum power of 10.2 bhp at 7,000 rpm compared to the regular model of NTorq which generates 9.25 bhp at 7,000 pm. NTorq has a Race Tuned fuel injection or RT-Fi engine that churns out 10.8Nm@5,500 rpm torque. It is made lighter than the regular model with engineering polymers, high strength alloy steel weighing 116 kg.

 It provides two riding modes,race mode and street mode. Race mode with a speed of 98 km/hr offers an accentuated riding performance on highways whereas Street mode offers a smooth riding experience in city commute and traffic conditions. street mode increases fuel efficiency too.

As far as safety is concerned, it is equipped with a disc brake on the front wheel and a drum brake on the rear section. The suspension of the scooter is carried out by telescopic forks and coil springs on the front and the rear area respectively.
