Check Out The Update On FASTag Annual Subscription Plan

Back in June last year, the Government of India announced that the authorities will be offering the annual subscription for FASTag from August, 15 2025. It was also confirmed that the new rule will be applicable to non-commercial private vehicles on National Highways only.

The subscription will cost Rs 3000 and it will offer free tolls for a year or 200 tolls which comes first. Now we got a new update about the matter. So let’s get into the article to check out the new piece of information.

It is announced that the annual subscription plan which was introduced on August 15, 2025, applies only to 5-seater non-commercial private cars. So the 7-seater private vehicles were excluded from the plan and continue to be charged per toll as usual.
